Hi. I've begun studying Level 2... I've read the course, listened to the CDs, and today began watching the video.

I have confusion over clearing headaches. During a demonstration, Master Lin showed SF on C7, then gave energy back. However, within the course, I believe he advises against giving energy back to a headache, so as not to make it worse.

I also had confusion when watching the video whether to start by giving energy 9 times to the Dantian when beginning the small universe, if the person I'm working on has a headache.
