The 30 days concept of applying a technique to bring matters to fruition is also accepted in all personal development techniques. It is the time required to form a new habit.

I still believe that once you have achieved a goal through a new program, then a new one will pop out. In my view personal development ends only with the end of a person's life. We are highly complex organisms, so there is still a way to improve our lives. However, it is of paramount importance we look back where we came from and celebrate our achievements. The problems are a combination of what's in us and outside us. We are only control ourselves, not the rest around us.

I am always wondering whether our "teachers" do apply what they teach us to themselves.
