We know Unconscious mind is running all the time, and even if we read consciously, the information goes into unconscious mind anyway. We consciously trying to solve a problem, we consciously learning how to drive a bike, and then the pattern forms and the behavior becomes unconscious.
In Photoreading we go into PhotoFocus and let go of Conscious mind. The Question is, how do this "let go of conscious mind" help unconscious absorbs information better? Because the unconscious mind works anyway, if we just superread the whole book, the information will go into peripheral vision and peripheral awareness anyway, what makes the difference?

Could you give me some daily example and academic material to answer this question?

Hi 'MagicTerm', I think you pose a very good question and line of inquiry.

I like the bike analogy! It reinforces the idea of 'thinking' into the material and additionally 'thinking through the process'. Not just 'affirmations or mantras' while photoreading to engender a desirable vibration or state of mind; but thinking through the logic of Photoreading as a definite process of conscious to unconscious and back to swift conscious mastery and daily use of the material Photoread.

I need go off and experiment!!

Gracious thanks as I have no 'academic material' to answer with, only my own knowing of the subject.

Hey. I have found a point about that, And I think it's powerful.
It comes from the book "Patterns Of The Hypnotic Techniques of Milton H. Erickson"

“We do believe that when Erickson uses the term unconscious mind he is referring to more than just some term left over from the Freudian foundations of psychology. We believe he is referring partially to the functioning of the dominant cerebral hemisphere that occurs below the level of awarenss, and also to the functioning of the non-dominant cerebral hemisphere. He is probably referring to more than these two aspects of mental processing, but we are sure that his use of this term include these two functions. His overall strategy while conducting trance inductions appears to have these three dimensions:
(1) Pacing and distraction of the dominant(language) hemisphere;
(2) Utilization of the dominant hemisphere; language processing which occurs below the level of awarenss;
(3) Accessing of the non-dominant hemisphere

I think the function of "let go of conscious mind", is to shut the "dominant(language) hemisphere", so that the information can go into "non-dominant hemisphere" better.

Yet I still want more scientific research of this.

To let go of the conscious mind while PhotoReading give it something to do. Say the chant or a chant, or a nursery rhyme. It's like switching on a daydream on purpose.
