Who says what he puts on that Paraliminal is genuinely of quality?
All you have to do is listen to the paraliminals consciously, with your eyes open. Listen to what's being said for one ear, then the other. I always like to know what's being "suggested" to me, too, so on some of these, I've done just that. Since I was happy with what I heard, I haven't done that any longer, but you hear bits and pieces of what's being said for both ears in any event--so far, it's always been "good stuff."
As for whether or not one can be sure if the results are from the paras or something else, who knows? I suppose the good results I had could have come from the Easter Bunny, but if so, he only showed up after I used the paras.
