Hi, My sister in Law is in the beginning stages of labor and I was wondering if anyone could suggest ways for me to work on her (in person and at a distance as I am not around her, yet)and the baby at the same time so that they are both relaxed during this process.

My nephew was born this morning and both mother and nephew are fine! I just followed my intuition, invited them into my meditation, opened up the mother's small universe, gently, and bathed mother, father and child in golden healing light, while sending them so much love.
