I agree with IG that the Paraliminals are not a course, but just an aid. You can see that there are Paraliminals specifically designed for each course like ES, Resiliency, etc.
If you want a cheap next step, maybe you should get Happy For No Reason. The book is cheap and it has a free workbook. You can buy the relevant Paraliminal in a set of 4, so you can get a discount. Alternatively, you can buy the course on here, or there is also audio-book version of it.
