Bon soir Margaret Ida,
Lets see.... I consider myself a genuine European. Born in Ireland, but lived in Italy (Milan, Rome and Sardinia) for 7 years, quindi parlo italiano, then off to Germany for 8 years, where I became a translator/interpreter, and then back to Ireland for 17 years, with my German husband, so our 2 kids could grow up in a paradise. We moved to France in late summer 2008, and have really fallen on our feet. All four of us love it, the people, the language, the culture, the great weather, the scenery....
I would love an accountability partner to accompany me through ES (you???). I am almost through the second course, but have stopped to really delve into Sedona (to release all the emotions that lower my feeling scale - see my stuff on Re Losing Negativity thread) - and have now detoured back to course one again. So I am attempting to savour it - no hurry at all - and I have just put together a 6 step daily discipline programme.
I have to say that I think ES has provided me with amazing benefits. I felt happy before but the greatest win has been how much pure joy I am experiencing. I have also got so much clarity on where I want to go.... I love listening to the CDs on my daily walks.... and I am in the process of adapting the meditations, which seem to suit me less as they entail so much relaxation. I am spending 90 mins per day releasing stugg with Sedona (don't feel much when I'm doing it, but immediately notice how my perspective changes in real life).
I know what you mean about explaining to others - very time-consuming. Did that with my husband yesterday. A good learning experience for me - the best way to learn is to teach - but it did take a lot of time.
Want to walk the path with me, mais en anglais?
Bisous, French Claire
