Ideally, this sounds like a worthwhile endeavor, but unfortunately, if used in practice, someone's going to complain that it's brainwashing unles the psychopath specifically requests to be treated according to his/her own will.. and psychopaths, by definition, are unable to make rational decisions on a consistent basis.
