Yes I thought of that and potential unethical uses of the knowledge and practices by anyone who is irresponsibale. Since we are in the information age and an afficanido of technology as I am, I fully understand that if information is not guarded carefully; it can be sent thousands of miles away in seconds and never be able to stop the spread of it after it is leaked. Since this development would be quite sensitive material I would need to come in contact with people who are of such high moral character thus trustworthyness would be easier to be inspired. I have a couple of people in mind off hand and would appreciate anyone elses recomendations of resources
