Dear all who read me and respond so supportively,
I just wanted to report that I got a Paraliminal to test (asked LS directly and they have a download of 10 minute supercharger to download and test.
My request for information and getting experience of paraliminals has been rewarded richly - evidence that ES works and another notch on my log of success post.
I am absolutely exhausted having taken on a new contract within hours of my last one expiring..... this seems like the ideal minute to test the 10 min supercharger subjectively. I listened to it twice in a row and felt lots calmer. I then spent 20 mins shedding all my mind-chatter, limiting beliefs and feelings of over-tiredness.... much calmer and quieter, though still very tired.
Have decided not to do anymore work right now but to get up early instead (very early at 4 a.m.). I am trusting that I can sleep soundly, recover fully, and get prepared tomorrow for another big workload.
What I can report is that I felt much more able to think clearly having listened to the paraliminal.
Will continue with it and see what happens over time.
