[font:Century Gothic]I am a new photoreader, having taken the course to get through my studies or which there are two (different but interrelated) subjects. Having been faithful to the process, photoreading lots of books daily, including course materials and related books on my subjects. I find myself afraid to postview and activate! Can you suggest some tips, hints, support and also, mind mapping these subjects. I'm not good at mind mapping can you help me in this department. [/font]

Fear of failure
Fear of success
Fear of it not working
Fear of being responsible for being a genius

Take out your sword and slay fear

Or maybe you are not ready and need to pursue something else in the dark before your eyes are open.

Work on your self-image of being more than enough for every success.

First use your knowledge of entering the Accelerated Learning State. Once you are at your resource level imagine yourself in the future having successfully completed your courses and thankful for PhotoReading process that made it so much easier for you. Remembering how you just set the timer and just started mind mapping and building your conscious knowledge of the subjects.

End the session by affirming your intent and purpose and then open your eyes.

Set a timer for the first activation layer. I suggest 8 minutes. Activate and breathe easy at the end of eight minutes. You may not have started your mind map and that's okay.

Stand up stretch and then set the timer for another 8 minutes.

Repeat 2 more times. At the end of this time you will have spent just on 30 minutes with this.

Review your notes and remember this is just the first step of the journey.

While I don't like music while studying I suggest you start your study period with uplifting music, perhaps Chariots of Fire or the theme from Rocky (play it only once at the beginning just to get your emotions to a can do state.) Over use can anchor the material you learn to the music and make it difficult to recall during an exam without music.
