Here are a few questions for those who are a bit more knowledgeable about Qigong.
1. If I understand correctly, the small universe goes like this:
a. Dantian (navel)
b. Jing Gong (male)/ Kuan Yuan (female) (bladder)
c. Huiyin (perineum)
d. Chang Qiang (tail bone)
e. What's this point? (lower back)
f. Ming Men (kidney)
g. Ta Chui (spinal cord of neck)
h. Yu Zhen (base of head)
i. Bai hui (top of head)
j. Yin Tang (third eye)
k. Hsuan Chi (throat)
l. Shan Zhong (heart)
I don't know which point he's referring to at the lower back. Does anyone know?
2. Does anyone know why he skips the solar plexus center (Chung Wan) and its opposite center in the back (Chi Chung)?
3. And why he doesn't do the opposite center of the heart in the back (Gia-Pe)
Thanks for your response!
