Hi, here's my input...
1. Not 100% sure what this point is, all I know is that it's the spine-point between the two kidneys. Could be *any* of the ones in that area.
2. I don't know why he skips those points.
However, I do happen to know that they get opened when you move the energy past them anyways. I've added the Solar Plexus into my SFQ practice a year or so ago.
