I have just received a LS special offer so I could buy the PL library for a big discount. If I buy it, it makes sense to do it now.

I have four PLs and honestly I cannot make up my mind about them. Do they work? As I said in a previous posting, I never have an idea of what they are about as I sleep through them (correction: as the moderator pointed out, I am not asleep but very relaxed because I do wake up at the end). However their content is still unknown to me.

Because I don't know what they are about, neither do I recognise if something is going on....

So my question, in a nutshell, is do they work - really work - for you?

Second question:
I assume the PL accelerator (drat I've just forgotton the right name) would be sensible as I can combine PLs to make up a program suited to my altering needs?

Thanks for any info.

As for your first question--YES, they have done wonders for me. I have the entire library. They work on a subtle level, and it's usually one of those cases where you one day look back, and realize incredible progress, although on some occasions, the results are immediate and obvious. (Euphoria--ONLY the Paul Scheele paraliminal though--is one of these, and Perfect Health is another.)

As for your second question--I don't have that program, so I can't say. I'm hoping others will chime in, though.

Hi,

I have the accelerator course and it is great for big goals that you may be working towards (eg: new job, college exams, improve relationships, etc.) It puts all of the Ultimate You PLs in the right order of usage and gives extra info on each of them.

I wouldnt say it is absolutely essential in order to benefit from the Ultimate You library, but I would definitely recommend it if you have the cash to spare.

James.

Thanks for that Jeanne and ParaDoc.
Unless I decide to let my inner sceptic win, I have my answer now. I'll just break the news to my husband that I am about to invest in yet more personal development stuff!
Thanks a whole lot. You have made my decision easier.

Since I have had the Ultimate You library for a few years, so now I just bought the Paraliminal Accelerator through the special. I got lots of benefits out of the Paraliminal. However, I am not sure the Accelerator will work with the new paraliminals.

Hang on a sec...

I've just realised that 'Ideal Mindet', 'Decisive Action' and 'Consistent Achievement' are no longer available. I hope the Accelerator isn't just that some material recycled!!!

The accelerator is a few years old, so at that time the programs you mentioned were probably still available. The advertising of the accelerator mentions that it is based upon some workshops Paul offered years ago.

Uh-oh!

gwhutton posted:

"A while back, LS had three courses, (ideal mindset, decisive action, and consistent achievement) each of which consisted of 4 or 5 paraliminals, and a coaching session for each paraliminal. This was before holosync and CD's.

The paraliminal accelerator is ALL the above coaching sessions (15 or so) for re-done on CD. They are coaching sessions only, no holosync, no paraliminals. There is an additional coaching session that covers goal setting basics. And there are some brief written coaching sessions for the remaining paraliminals in the ultimate you library (not including the recent law of attraction ones, and the spring forest chi gung one, or the sonic access ones)"

Seems like I've been jipped again. Oh well...you live and learn!

I suggest keeping a journal for each Paraliminal that you use. The date the time, where you wherever you are setting up online. And notice events in the upcoming days, where you have a chance to explore what usually challenges you. E.g Anxiety Free and meetings, Talk to Win at social gatherings. Naturally, it depends on what you used the Paraliminal for. A written record helps you to notice those subtle changes.

Hi,
I don't have much experience with paraliminals since I started listening to them just yesterday. But here's my experience in the last 24 hours.

I think they do have an impact on the mind (what kind, I will have to spend more time with them and see).

First, I was a little taken aback by the two voices being funneled into my ears at the same time. Found it little difficult to listen to either of them. Couldn't even keep my mind silent because from time to time one of the voices would grab my attention. But in a moment the other one would start and I my mind would focus on that one. But when I listened to it today I was fine.

Secondly, I couldn't sleep well last night. Felt very energetic and sort of raring-to-go and start working on my goals.
