While doing the Photoread step, is it sufficient to just PR one way? Or is it necessary to reach the end of the book, flip it upside down and PR again in reverse direction ?

Thanks

Once is enough. The reason for turning the book over is some of the pages are difficult to separate when you get close to the cover. It's easier to close the book turn it over and PhotoRead those chapters upside down. You don't have to do the whole book both ways.
