In laymans terms they work by giving the conscious mind 2 stories (parables) to listen to. Because 2 are going at once the conscious mind has to be quiet and listen first and let the inner mind do the analysing and sorting of the information.

This is why it's always a good idea to be clear in your own mind why you are listening, what is the end result you would like to achieve?

Because the message is given in parable form your mind has to sort out how it fits with you, what changes you can easily make to using the ideas from the stories to adjust and bring about the intention you set for yourself when you started listeing.

Each paraliminal in the covers has some specific questions you can ask yourself before you start listening. Sometimes it helps if you can get clear on what your intentions are other times asking the questions creates the confusion before you put the tape on the tape then helps you find the answers to those questions. For those paraliminals it's usually a case of if I knew the answer to that I wouldn't have to listen to the paraliminal I'd just do it.
