1) Does the language in which you give positive affirmations and set your goal matter? Since I speak Dutch I'm not sure wether my unconscious mind understand English. Since English is my second language.
2)Within 2,5 weeks I'm having exams. But I'm wondering how do you guys study math. If you photoread is you're goal of passing your exam clear enough? And how do you activate your math book?

Of question one, it certainly
does not matter which language you use affirmations.
Of question 2; I study math by first photoreading with positive affirmations.
Then muse into it. Meaning with book in hand I emotionally accept than I can understand and master this math.
Then one or more hours later I study the glossary terms, slowly one by one and 'scan' them as in photoreading over and over. Getting up and walking around as well.
I think into the underlying 'ideas' presented in the glossary terms.
One or two days later I study the first highlights or seek to identify some basic principles and think into them, one by one until I have a half dozen or so down as it were.
Rest again for a spell and then dive into a quiz, or test or think/follow through some examples.
Repeat until through the book.
And along the way of this process, go find someone to 'talk about this math course with', as an exercise of 'activation'.

What I mean by 'scan', is to look through the Glossary (or chapter summaries), turning each page slowly with the feeling words... 'I know this and respect that I know this, as conscious understanding and mastery'.
