Resiliency is good.

I've gone through it only once. And for some reason it isn't one of those things that I have felt attracted to come back to again and again like Natural Brilliance and AFL.

I went through a very hard time in my life years and years ago, along with my family. I wanted to see how "survivors" deal with theirs and what are the differences. After reading some of the book and going through the course, I had my questions answered, so that, pretty much, is that.

I think it was a worthwhile experience and am not hesitant in recommending it. If you have the cash to spare, it's really a meal or two at a good restaurant. I feel it's a good trade and provides more lasting value.

I think the course provides some really good information. I was not impressed by the paraliminals which seemed to be simply affirmations in a sort of paraliminal format.

If you're going to get Resiliency, I suggest getting the book (The Survivor Personality) along with some others. Man's Search for Meaning by Victor Frankl is a good one. Fear No Evil by Natan Sharansky is another. Also the autobiography of Helen Keller and a biography of Mother Theresa. Basically, figures who have had a really hard time of it and came out on top.

Books like "The Situation Is Hopeless But Not Serious" by Paul Watzlawick are good.

This survival stuff tends to have an old European feel to it. People who have gone through a lot more stuff for longer (historically) than Americans and have come out the other side.
