I have come across the information that one can photoread a computer screen. The only information given was to not to focus on the screen. Trying not to focus on a bright computer screen gives me a blazing headache. Any suggestions on how to accomplish this?

Use soft gaze and the imaginary X-technique.

I also modify the adobe settings I found using a lightly grey tinted page is easier on the eye and allows faster reading.
