Gee Steve, what a response!
I'm really staggered by the generosity of forum members towards a novice such as myself. The main theme which I will take from your reply is to concentrate on the whole SFQ art(?)and practice and apply the principles to MY self first. I will also have my friend's handicap in mind at the password stage.
In suggesting this you have reminded me of a passage in the Bible:
how sayest thou to thy brother: Let me cast the mote out of thy eye; and behold a beam is in thy own eye? Humbling stuff, eh?
Many thanks for your extensive contribution which I'll come back to again soon. Tomorrow though I'm flying to England for a family wedding and will be offline till next week (such are the demands made during these events)
