I have been listening to paraliminals for about a year and a half now. I have noticed recently my own internal voice is going at the same time as the dual voices on the tapes. It's as if there is an extra voice(mine). It's no different than the usuall stuff I usually think about. Sometimes I'm interacting with Mr. Sheele and what he's saying(one or two sides at a time). Other times I'm just going over things in my mind. My voice is mono and centered.
My questions are: Is this ok? If not, what should I do about it? Why have I just now noticed this? Has it always been going on and I just now noticed it?
