Level 3 is only offered as an in-person class or workshop. And IMHO, it really needs to be. There is a manual online at the SFQ store, but I do not recommend it without taking the course. There is a lot of things that just need to be taught in person.
I know that might be difficult in terms of time, travel and expenses.
I had heard a rumor about Level 3 Home Study course, but I don't see it happening anytime soon.
