That brings up a lingering question for me.

From the varying classes with Master Lin, as indicated here, I have heard that 11 pm - 1 am and 11 am - 1 pm are ideal times to meditate, because these are high spiritual times and are therefore ideal times to work on any condition. It is my understanding that Yang is at its peak during the 11 am - 1 pm time and Yin is at its peak during the 11 pm and 1 am time.

However, have also heard that it is important to sleep between 11 pm and 1 am, and if you don't sleep during that period of time, you will feel sleepy during the day.

So, I have had a lingering question about the 11 pm - 1 am block of time. So far, I have just assumed that these seemingly potentially conflicting suggestions may both be true and that each of us should be led by the universe for what is most important to us in determining what is best to do during this period of time.

Nonetheless, this has been a lingering question for me. As a very healthy person who is very interested in continuing to develop spiritually with SFQ, does anyone have any insights about whether I should lean towards aiming to meditate from 11 pm - 1 am or make sure that I sleep during this period of time?

Thanks in advance for any insights you might have.

Much love,

Lynn
