I use it and find it pretty effective.I suggest getting the dvd's,because you can learn alot more about the process,shortcuts and most importantly "aspects".You could use EFT on a particular problem but unless you learn how to uncover various aspects that led to the problem then it won't be totally resolved,and the dvd's can help you learn how to do this.
