I have purchased a copy of Natural Brilliance and am now going through it. I obtained the Photoreading book years ago.

Refering to direct learning: If I have multiple different books (specific training level, more than three) on a specific topic that I read in the past, would there be a 'direct learning' benefit in following the DL instructions NOW on something consciously already absorbed?

Try it and see. It may depend on a lot of things, How much you got out of the books originally, whether they do have anything that you could learn, you personal motivation the addition of books that you haven't read yet might help.
