Hello. I suffer from long term depression, fatigue, poor self esteem & digestion problems. Im a male, aged 31, employed in the financial services industry.

Im trying to implement a recovery program that includes the following:
- Listening to Self Esteem SuperCharger
- Listening to Natural Brilliance program
- Doing regular Holysnc meditation
- Taking Noni Juice each morning
- I have also purchased the Spring Forest Qigong program.
- Cold/Hot shower routine
- Collodial minerals supplement.

Thus, my question is do you think Im on the right track with the above? Should I listen to the Self Esteem supercharger every day? I have been listening to it about every second day for the past 6 weeks. I have spent a couple of weeks on the natural brilliance program (about 6 months ago).

Thank you.

Sure you can listen everyday. Just state your goal as you start to listen. That is give a thought to how you would like to be.

An additional Paraliminal that you might like to consider is the Belief one. One reason we feel depressed is our beliefs about a situation says it should be something else. Believing things should be different and not having the power to change it is a cause of depression.

Another Paraliminal that could help is Anxiety Free, if the depression is about future fears.

With the Natural Brilliance program. Listening is good and if you're wrorking with it on a goal it can be even better.

Alex

Pitso, why don't you go to the topic, "Fear: Talking to girls. What can I do?" in the Paraliminal Learning forum. Don't worry about the title, because there are several suggestions in my post pertaining to self-confidence and depression. One of them mentioned is Zig Ziglar's tape (or CD) "Success and the Self-Image". I've just begun listening to it, doing what he says to do. The specific steps he has outlined for you will definitely have an impact on depression and confidence, and can turn your life around. Coupled with the Learning Strategies programs, you can't go wrong.

Just take a moment and click over there, and read the rest in my letter. There is a certain hands-on seminar course you can take, and/or a really fun club you can join that can make a difference in your life.

As with anything else, just take what you need from the info, and leave the rest. This is the best way that I've found to learn, so that nothing needed goes unnoticed.

I also suggest getting your hands on a "Euphoria!" programme. I've only tried the first CD, but I don't see how anyone can listen to it without feeling very, very good--about everything.
