My main question revolves around when is the best time to use the Memory Supercharger paraliminal tape?? In the morning before I attend lectures (I'm a Uni student) or at the end of the day after I've finished studying ???

My second is a more general question about the paraliminal tapes.
Could anyone give me an idea of approximately how long it takes to notice changes occuring and whats the best way to notice these changes. I started using some paraliminal tapes a while ago but got a little disheartened when nothing seemed to be working, I have since recently decided to give them another try as I have recieved amazing success in memory recall during exams after limited study whilst listening to the Queitude CD. The only reason I know that the CD has worked for me is that there is no way I could remember so much after reading my notes through only once, and sometimes I've found myself thinking "I don't know where this info is coming from but hey it sounds good", my lecturers agree!!!
Does anyone know of a similar "test" for tapes such as Personal Magnetism and New Behaviour Generator.

Sorry for the long post, but any assistance that anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Test it out. Many find after they reviewed their notes at the end of the day a good time to use the Memory Supercharger because it reinforces the intent of remembering what you learned. No problem with using it in the morning either.

Remember to take a moment to mentally state your purpose for listening. It empowers your intention along with the use of the Paraliminal.

thanks for the response, I guess I'll just have to stick it out and motivate myself to keep with it.
