Hi all, last night I used the four powers for greatness paralimnal for the 1st time. It was rather late in the evening when I started and when I finished I realised that I had nearly gone to sleep during the session. You know, the dozing half nodding off sleep. Is this a good or bad 'state' to be in? Was just wondering as I seemed to be very relaxed, obviously. Thanks.

It's fine. You came to full alertness at the end so you were not fully asleep but in the deeper learning state,

Depends on how th individuals mind works at solving problems. If they are struggling in a field that is not the favoured intelligence they will need to do double the work in getting up to speed and the best time is during a sleep cycle.

University in Lubeck Germany has done studies that prove that people who slept on it are able to solve maths problems 3 times faster than those who were sleep deprived.

The dream state aids the restructuring process.

An article Scientist Learn to Program Dreams explained that the research finding was that the mind was learning or continuing to learn during the sleep cycle and that it also went hunting and finding other relevant infomation to connect to. The researcher would argue that it is a critical of sleep.

So the lazy might just need to do extra sleep learning or use more time for the restructoring process.
