I will like to know if converting the paraliminal cd to MP3 format will still have same result as the original CD version.Or may be WMA file ?I intend to listen via my portable mp3 palyer while on a trip

Lossless FLAC is perhaps the best. That way you lose no information in the audio signal. Check if your player is able to use this codec.
