I have just recently started practising the active SFQ exercises and am enjoying them very much. I can feel the energy clearly. In level 2 Master Lin talks about purifying & energising water. Is there anywhere I can learn this? I am very interested in learning this technique. At the moment I bless the water. I had seen a youtube video showing how the crystals change with loving thoughts.
