Hi Lake,

I don't have good advice for you like Alex had, but I can offer my empathy--for what it's worth. I understand exactly what you're talking about: Wanting and investing money in a beneficial program, and yet when it comes down to doing the actions that might make the difference, it almost feels like you're physically restrained.

I'm working with the Sound Health, Sound Wealth program right now, and one of the CDs is a bedtime hypnosis CD. I have listened to it only a handful of times in four months (should be every night). I keep the CD in my CD player right by my bed, but when I reach to push that Play button it's as if my arm is held back by some invisible hand and I can't do it. I'm dealing with the problem by doing what I can do in the program right now and being constant with that effort, accepting my progress will be slower, and trusting that eventually I'll find I want to push that Play button.

So no brilliant insights here--I just wanted you to know that you're not alone. Because honestly, until I read your post I felt like *I* was alone (or dismissed as lazy), and knowing I wasn't alone actually made me feel relieved, stronger, and more hopeful.

Thanks for posting, Lake!

Thank you Alex. That's kind of the problem. I can't quite explain it, but there is something inside me that literally seems to physically stop me from doing things like this. I've tried beating myself up, praying, meditating, fasting, EFT, etc., etc., etc., but still I get in these patterns of starting but then stopping all that helps me. It's like theres something inside that wants me to not be at peace or to become fully enlightened. I'm not trying to whine, but I feel like it might help if I could hear from anybody out there who has successfully used this particular course. Thank you very much.
With Love,
Lake
