I find that the paraliminals are "making" the best effects in me when I focus on the result I want and just when I start anew to listen to the tapes. Part placebo, part focus and knowing what I want instead of just listening haphazardly to some paraliminal just for the sake of keeping it up.
I'm so in love with my paralimnals so I bought the Ultimate library. But it sucks that you can't buy the photoread-paraliminal without taking the in house-course.
