I have just been reviewing my Yahoo home page and spotted a headline that looked interesting. So I clicked and read that scientists have discovered that brains tuned to the Theta brainwave frequency, remember things better (see

I thought it was Alpha waves that were linked with accelerative learning and improved retention of information. Did I miss something?
(Note to self - do PhotoReading while listening to Holosync Theta track, rather than Alpha track, especially with exam in three weeks!!!!!).
