Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Diamond Feng Shui Help, cannot face desk in any best direction

Hello-

I see here that there are a lot of questions about directions, that apparently get clearer the further on you go. However, since this process is part of the Essentials level, and I have a somewhat immediate situation, I would like any help I can get.

The situation is that I live in a very small space, and it is virtually impossible for me to get my desk/workspace to face in any of my best directions. Not only that but if I could get it to face my Success direction, I would have my back to the door. As it is, the door is behind and the right of me.

This is a somewhat urgent matter, as I am just beginning a new business, in fact a whole new career! How can I best address this situation?

Hi, my question is; can you place like a headboard (such as on a bed) in front of your desk? I am assuming your desk is facing a wall? If you can place a headboard to your desk front, then you can place a mirror on the headboard facing the wall which will reflect back whatever comes to you from your unfortunate directions.

I do hope that your desk is in one of your fortunate areas of your home.

sorry for late reply, I have been away from computer for several days. Yes, my desk faces a wall, with the computer in the corner. What do you mean by placing a mirror facing the wall? Do you mean reflecting out what is behind me? Or actually having the mirror facing the wall it is hanging on? I know that sounds silly, but I am new to this and want to understand how to do it correctly.

What are my unfortunate directions? Are those the ones that are not my personal directions? If I hang a mirror on the wall facing the wall behind me, then it will be reflecting my relationship direction.

Basically if you build a headboard on the desk (such as on a bed) and place a mirror on the headboard facing the wall, the mirror will reflect back whatever as you sit at your desk.

I'm in a similar situation, working from a small home office with my back just opposite and to the right of the door and there's not much I can do about it. So, as below, I will put a small mirror to reflect the door so that I can see what comes in (no surprises!). I also seem to recall from the first CD something about putting an image of a low mountain behind your back to represent protection.
