Without knowing why you want to know. How can you tell when you know it? I could say. The world was slower in the early twentieth century. I'd be right. But was that the point? You want more. O.O Why?
What does Optimize my English mean? How do you know when you've reached optimized? Without a purpose you cannot measure it.
