I've tried to order the paraliminals online but keep getting this message. Must be some bad feng shui in the office or on your website as this is not good for your business. Nothing wrong with my computer or ISP either.

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113'

Script timed out

/shopping/shippingmethod.asp

The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. You can change this limit by specifying a new value for the property Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administration tools.

My goodness, how do I do this :-0

Thanks,

Our new toy, needs taming It was supposed to be up and running a year ago.

To place your order, send an email to orders_learingstrategies.com (add the @ in place of the underscore). Tell them what you're ordering and where you want it sent.

I've had problems with browsers and even firewalls blocking purchases over the net. Nasty little buggers.

Don't know if it's any of that. Tried using Internet computers at local library and Internet computers at work and still got time out errors. If it was my business I would be getting a competent programmer to fix the problem ASAP. I haven't had any problems making orders using other sites.
Regards.

I also cant order - 'it' wont move past the "address page". So much for impulse buying.

Our web development people -- who have worked with us for years -- have really let us down on this. When they fix one problem, another problem rears its ugly head.

They say it is fixed now, but I, too, just got a time-out error.

I apologize for the iritation.

Thanks for your patience.

After getting various different error messages for a while I was eventually able to make an online order.
