I looked through the forum trying to find if there is a preferred diet that one would help them in their QiGong practice. Any help would be greatfully accepted.

There is some information in the manual about that. It's on page 15 of the Level 1 course. Avoid spicy, acidic and sweet foods, and try to eat food that's locally produced.

drummerxyz's post is a good place to start.

You generally won't hear Chunyi say to do this diet or that, rather he'll talk about using food as a tool for balancing and healing.

Master Lin has mentioned it in more detail in the October 6-day retreat over the last 6 years, and a section of the Wisdom & Insights Course which is taken from those events goes over some of this.
