The more I use paraliminals the more impressed I am not just with how and how well they work, but also with Paul Scheele's depth of understanding of the human mind. The man knows very well what he's doing. I think you would be doing yourself a great disservice by not using them as recommended, there's MUCH more to it than just dual voice recordings, and much thought has been put into their 'construction,' from beginning to end.
I've heard of people benefitting from just playing paraliminals in the background while doing household work etc, but I don't see why one wouldn't want to get the maximum benefit by using something the way it was intended to be used. When used properly the paraliminal sessions can be powerful tools in pretty much any self development endeavour. The only thing I wish LSC would have done differently would be to not include holosync soundtracks on the new CD's, as my brain does not agree with this kind of stimulus. Based on my prior experience with holosync - which is still causing me cognitive problems to this day, long after I threw my The End program in the rubbish bin - I will stick to my old paraliminal tapes and instead make my own mp3's when I finally get sick of the inconvenience of yesteryear's technology.
I strongly recommend the Ideal Mindset, Decisive Action and Consistent Achievement courses if you want maximum benefit from the paraliminals as well as a greater understanding of how they work and how versatile they can be. The combined use of Ideal Mindset, The Sedona Method, The Release Technique and Victor Boc's book How To Solve All Your Money Problems Forever catapulted me from being down and out and on social benefit to becoming a business owner with a COMPLETE new outlook on life in a few short weeks. I've looked into and used lots of personal development tools over the last few years, but this package was what REALLY did the job - or rather - helped me do it. Great stuff. Paul Scheele is one of the people I hope to meet in person one day, so I can shake his hand and thank him for what he's done for me.
You get my point.
