I was doing the active exercises once shortly after I got the level 1, and while meditating in the Joining of Yin and Yang, in my minds eye I saw myself in the ball of energy, I seen multiple colors Red, blue, Green and a little white. I actually expected to see colors but with me in the center wasn't expected. In addition I saw black particles leaving my body and entering the orb, then at the other side white particles going out into the universe. Are experiences like this normal or abnormal?
