Hi

I use MindWorkStation (a brain waves generator) and I would like to know what are the best frequencies for photoreading, and if you think there is a better technology, as binaural or other.

Thanks for your help smile

Hi theta low beta no alpha during the PhotoReading set. And the entrainment is redundant because that is the brainwaves you trigger when you go into photofocus and start flipping the pages.

I recommend using nature sounds to quiet the conscious mind instead.

Hi Alex, thanks for the answer. I'll test that and I'll give my results.
