I am actually able to have better recall with the movie method. The effect I'm getting is more like a flip-book. If I were to draw stuff on pads of paper and handed a piece of paper to someone once a week, they'd have a harder time knowing what is going on. If I handed you a whole pad of paper, you'd see a bird flying to a tree.

Human beings are fast learners, we catch on quickly. A problem that people face quite often is having their head in the way of their experience. Life isn't about knowing a whole bunch of stuff, it's about experiencing and transforming. By reading this paragraph I've changed a part of you. Whether you argue or not, this information is in your brain and whether you choose to deny or not, you've changed. I make a choice that what I see at these fast rates goes to my mind easily. I can replay the movies that I see on the screen and I have the power to slow down the movies so I can read all the text in my mind or speed it up so I can zoom to a part of a book that I might need.

Seeing books flash at these speeds is interesting because it's just like watching a movie. It's neat to see the smooth transitions of several paragraphs and pictures on each page change quickly and I think that helps me to replay these book movies in my mind. Mind you I play all the books I have in my library when I watch my favorite movies. I only play books over and over again that are related to my field and to have that exposed to my mind on a daily basis is just priceless, because I know I am on top of things because I am constantly reminded about all the cool knowledge I have. I don't have to worry about using it or losing it because these technical solutions manuals help a lot with me keeping sharp on my topics.
