I also love the paraliminals and have had great effects. Recently I stoped worrying about time (getting late, checking my watch). I'm not certain which paraliminal it was. And I've also bought the Ultimate.. but haven't got it yet. About norwegian: Om du kan norska kanske du kan f�rst� svenska ocks�? /T
