Hi my question is this concerning the new paraliminals. Does the information accompanying the cds include the dominant brainwave patterns the cds will entrain? I have not seen anything on the forum which indicate the frequencies they will atempt to entrain. Only that they're holosync. I ask this because I've read that theta state is highly suggestable. While alpha is best for self programming.
