I am wondering if anyone has any input on jumping ahead in the Effortless Success course. For me, I find the material on releasing emotions to be the most relevant, as I have been holding onto depression, anger and sadness for years.... Jack even says that as long as I'm holding onto to unresolved emotional stuff, I won't have clear access to guidance and my purpose.

So I am wondering if it's ok to jump around in the course based on what i think is relevant, or should i just follow the course as it is, regardless of what i think I should be doing?

Any advice or input would be much appreciated.

Thank you!

The course was designed with a logical order. Tell us your experience with doing it in a different order and what you got from it. I'm sure others would like to know your experience.
