Hi there,

tWO Quick questions about this para.

1)What if I have a belief that I would like to enhance but don't necessarily think my current belief is all that detrimental?

For example, if I think I'm doing generally ok with a certain belief I already have but would like to ramp it up a little?

2) How long should one listen to these to look at securing the new belief? A couple of listenings of both or at least a week for each belief?

Thanks in advance. I like the potential of this para but would like to clarify these issues to get the most out of it!

Ta,

Paul

If you feel you need to ramp up a belief it means you have certain limiters on it, like it only works when... then yep You can ramp it up with the Belef Paraliminal to pull out those stops.

How often one needs to listen will depend on the belief you are dealing with. Sometimes tugging at a belief is like digging up a root, it turns out longer than first thought, there was more connected than you thought. So do the Belief Paraliminal check what you got. Did a connecting belief show up that gets in the way? Then use the Belief Paraliminal again.

If you find it as strong as ever you now know that this belief has a bigger root system than you first thought. Use the Paraliminal again. Remember you mentally note your intention or purpose for listening.
