I do more or less the same, but I also write questions and trigger words in the postview stage. I prefer to do my mindmaps by hand while PhotoReading because I like drawing freehand although I use a mindmap program (http://bubbl.us/) for other mindmapping. I like being able to begin creating the map at the same time I'm super reading or skittering as it helps me to visualize the content of what I'm reading better.
