first I don't know is it right, when I use the X method on the page. the words seems zoom in suddenly. But I can't see the words clearly. And it is unstable. Once I turn to the next page, I need to some time to get the feeling again.

My question is: Do I use the right method of the soft-eye?

See both pages. Don't worry about feeling. Trust that the eyes and mind are doing what they should be doing by saying the chant and keeping page turning rhythmic.

It is as if you're looking through the book like in a daydream.
