Even in timed test if you work out how much time you have for the whole test you have a certain amount of time for each question so you can go back through them.

There are other timed test where they test to see how much you can complete in a set amount of time. As a Photoreader I wouldn't worry so much about PhotoReading it first. I know first glace at the page is enough of a mental snapshot. So I'd just go in and answer each question as soon as the I have it.

In other words. Be a proficient PhotoReader by knowing the system. It it becomes difficult to say that you haven't PhotoRead a page because your using the peripheral vision. You just haven't learned to do it consciously and like all things once learned consciously they move into the unconscious skills. Like when you learned to write At first you had to think about what the shapes of the letters looked like and how to form them. Now you just do it.

PhotoRead and activate enough books and your non-conscious mind will PhotoReading the single page and you can apply superreading and dipping straight away.

Given the opportunity, I'd flip the pages before I start answering questions.
