I have owned the Complete Ultimate You Library for about a year and have never used the sleep learning option. I have got great results otherwise, but I am curious how sleep learning could help me. I need it now because I am extremely short on time these days.

What I need to know is whether I have to begin the Paraliminal like usual and then get the sleep learning track to repeat when I lie down. Or, do I jump straight to the sleep learning track and let it repeat over and over? I have an iPod Shuffle and the latter option works perfectly with it, though I am not sure if that's how it is supposed to be.

Thanks for your help!

I suggest getting to know the Paraliminal and using it normally at least once during the day. That night use the sleep learning track. I don't like it going all night and prefer to use it in the first hour or so as I fall asleep.

It's a case of try it and see. Report your experiences so others can find ideas what might work for them.
