Help my mum please(70 years old)! She is an initial stage of SFQ as well as I. After a month of SFQ she feels herself fine but there is an aggravation of a bladder (cystitis). Accept all opinion and recommendation.
I see all advantages of Qigong and want that mum would see them too. At my initial stage of training I do not try to treat other people but I try to involve them in a self-help Qigong. Thanks for the answer.
